Shinogi Japanese Plate M - Blasted Cosmos
Riso Porcelain's Shinogi Japanese Plate in Blasted Cosmos brings together two of the kiln's signature techniques. Fine Shinogi ridges carved around the rim give way to a "blasted" cobalt glaze at the center that pools and scatters into a pattern reminiscent of a night sky. Each piece fires differently, making the constellation-like surface unique to every plate. Designed by Shinichi Terauchi, made in Arita, Japan.
